16oz Double Wall

Buyer’s Guide to 16oz Double Wall Coffee Cups

Find 16oz double wall coffee cups at Insinc for larger takeaway coffees, hot chocolates and catered hot drink service. Choose from white and printed designs, with an aqueous-coated double wall option and a PLA ripple wall style also listed.

Compare Construction and Capacity

Double wall cups have an additional outer wall compared with single wall formats. Consider the construction alongside your serving temperature and handling requirements, checking the supplier’s guidance on whether a sleeve is needed.

A ripple wall cup offers a textured outer finish. Compare the cup dimensions and stated capacity with your drinks menu before choosing a style. One white option is labelled 460ml, but do not assume every 16oz cup has the same capacity. Leave room for milk foam and fitting a lid.

Confirm the Correct Lid

Match lids using the exact cup model and supplier compatibility information. The separately listed PLA lid specifies an 89mm cup fit, while another cup refers more generally to “large lids”.

Confirm the recommended pairing before ordering. Check cup height and base dimensions against your takeaway carriers, particularly when changing from an existing cup.

Plan Carton Quantities and Disposal

Cup quantities include cartons of 500 and 600, while the listed lid comes in cartons of 1,000. Compare costs per complete serving and plan cup and lid quantities separately.

Review each product’s compostability certification and disposal instructions. Confirm the required processing conditions and acceptance with your collection provider, and assess lids separately.
