Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Cleaning Bottles and Spray Triggers

Empty cleaning bottles provide a practical way to dilute, store and dispense commercial cleaning products. Insinc’s range includes trigger spray bottles, foamer bottles, household bottles, industrial spray bottles, 5-litre jerry cans, pumps, caps and replacement triggers.

Choose from 500ml, 550ml, 750ml, 1-litre and 1.5-litre bottles for everyday cleaning, or larger containers for bulk products. Coloured triggers can help identify different chemicals and reduce the risk of using the wrong product in kitchens, bathrooms, floors or other cleaning areas.

Which Bottle and Trigger Should You Choose?

Standard trigger bottles are suitable for general spray-and-wipe cleaning. Chemical-resistant triggers are better for stronger commercial products, while foamer bottles create a thicker foam that stays on vertical surfaces for longer.

Lotion pumps, flip-top caps and disc-top caps suit soaps and thicker liquids. Dual-chamber foamer bottles and Ezydose triggers should be used with their compatible cleaning systems.

How Do You Check Bottle Compatibility?

Check the bottle’s neck measurement before choosing a trigger, pump or cap. A 28/400 closure must match a 28/400 bottle, while a 28/410 closure requires a 28/410 neck.

Clearly label every bottle with its contents, dilution and safety information. Do not reuse a bottle for a different chemical unless it has been thoroughly cleaned and confirmed as suitable.
